¿Con qué cantidad de cannabinoides sintéticos, conocidos comúnmente como “los químicos”, podría calificarse el apartado 2 inciso g) del Artículo 235 del Código penal? 

¿En el caso de la tenencia ilícita, podría integrarse el inciso a) del Artículo 236 del Código penal, con un marco penal de 1 a 3 años de privación de libertad, o se calificaría por el inciso c) del mencionado precepto? 

Estas interrogantes fueron respondidas por el Consejo de Gobierno del Tribunal Supremo Popular, en el DICTAMEN No. 476, de fecha 20 de junio de 2025.
