These terms and conditions regulate the access and use of the web portal of the Supreme People's Court of the Republic of Cuba.
The People's Supreme Court may at any time update the conditions set forth in this document, as well as legal notices, guidelines and / or regulations of use and which, depending on the case, will replace, complete and / or modify the Terms and Conditions contained herein.

The People's Supreme Court will make all reasonable efforts to try to guarantee the availability and accessibility of the Portal, as well as its services, 24 hours a day, every day of the year. However, sometimes, and, for example, due to causes such as the provision of new connections, changes in addressing and / or the updating of necessary maintenance operations that, in general, imply the suspension of access or use of the Portal, interruptions may occur for as long as it is necessary to undertake these tasks.
