La Revista Justicia y Derecho es una publicación semestral del Tribunal Supremo Popular cuyo objetivo principal es promover la labor investigativa de magistrados, jueces, juristas, profesores y demás operadores del Derecho, y propiciar un intercambio de experiencias y comunicación entre estos especialistas.
 
En esta ocasión, la número 33 está conformada por artículos de suma importancia para la administración de justicia en Cuba, algunos de los cuales fueron presentados en la Jornada Científica Anual 2019 del máximo órgano judicial cubano.
