Participa juez cubano como ponente en el Congreso Prospectivas Tecnológicas 2025

El MsC Yojanier Sierra Infante, presidente del Tribunal Provincial Popular de La Habana, participa en el Congreso Internacional Prospectivas Tecnológicas 2025, organizado por la Comisión Especial de Tecnología y Digitalización de los procesos, del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela.

Con la ponencia "El uso de la Inteligencia Artificial (IA) en la Justicia Judicial. Principios generales que facilitan su desarrollo en Cuba", el juez aborda, desde la dimensión de la Inteligencia Artificial (IA), cómo el Sistema de Tribunales de Justicia cubano puede alcanzar la Justicia Judicial Digital 4.0 en el año 2030, meta esta que implica la adopción de tecnologías avanzadas, así como un cambio cultural, organizacional, de procesos y normativo que garanticen mayor efectividad y transparencia de la justicia judicial.
