Ante el inminente paso del huracán “Melissa” por el territorio nacional, el máximo órgano de justicia en Cuba aprobó el Acuerdo número 498 de 28 octubre de 2025, mediante el cual se pronunció sobre el modo proceder para el desarrollo de la actividad de los tribunales de justicia, en tanto persistan las consecuencias y afectaciones ocasionadas por el paso del fenómeno meteorológico.
