Hoy, en el Día de la Ciencia, el Sistema de Tribunales destaca la labor del Dr. Yoel Quinta Arango, presidente de la Sala penal del Tribunal Provincial Popular de Matanzas, quien obtuvo recientemente el grado de Doctor en Ciencias Jurídicas, con excelentes resultados.

Su dedicación a la investigación científica y su brillante trayectoria como juez, son un ejemplo a seguir.

Agradecemos profundamente su invaluable contribución a la ciencia, al Sistema de Tribunales y a la sociedad.
