It specifies the scope of the term assets, expressed in the Convention against organized or transnational crime or the Palermo Convention, by virtue of consultation made by the Minister President of the Central Bank of Cuba, which will allow homogenizing the interpretation of Cuban criminal laws and consolidating its harmonization to international standards and conventions of United Nations agencies.
