El Consejo de Gobierno del Tribunal Supremo Popular, en sesión extraordinaria celebrada el 28 de octubre de 2025, aprobó el Acuerdo número 498, mediante el cual se pronunció sobre el modo proceder para el desarrollo de la actividad de los tribunales de justicia, en tanto persistan las consecuencias y afectaciones ocasionadas por el paso del huracán “Melissa” por el territorio nacional.
