It puts into effect Instruction No. 234 (complementary to Instruction No. 201 and Agreement No. 309, of October 9, 2012) to clarify the regulations contained in these provisions and prioritize their implementation, and thereby improve the monitoring and control work for people serving sanctions in freedom.
