It establishes details on the assessment of recidivism and multi-recidivism in order to achieve greater consistency in its judicial interpretation. It repeals the provisions of Opinions 410/2001 and 417/2002 and complements, as appropriate, Instruction No. 208/2011, on the Methodology for the drafting of criminal sentences.
