Agreement 52, 04-16-2015, Opinion No.445

It specifies that when the conduct of the perpetrator of a crime has been caused by the victim of the damage or injury, it is inadmissible to establish civil obligations, pursuant to the provisions of Article 99 of the Civil Code (exemptions from civil liability) as a complementary rule.
