I inform you that the Instruction No. 243 of 2019 of the CGTSP was published in the Official Gazette of the Republic that contains details for the processing of the judicial processes of the economic matter in which litigating self-employed workers, in order to grant them adequate access to justice, on equal terms and respect for procedural rights and guarantees.
Due to the importance of its content and as a courtesy of the Economic Chamber of the Supreme People's Court and the Communication Directorate, we put at your disposal the part of the Official Gazette that includes Instruction No. 243
