Provides the use of new information and telecommunications technologies as more effective and less expensive means and tools for jurisdictional activity and, in particular, videoconferencing as an effective and inexorable means of proof in judicial proceedings, within the national territory or between the Cuban state and another foreigner. Similarly, it outlines some indications on the subject.
