It puts into effect Opinion No. 449 to clarify the differences in the interpretation and application of the integrating elements of the crimes of illegal economic activities, contraband and tax evasion, based on the changes introduced in our economic model, which have originated changes in administrative legislation, and the need to promote a correct and uniform judicial practice.
