"The work of the Revolution is infinite and is expressed in different ways; the work of the execution judge is one of the most humane ways of expressing that great work ". This is how Rubén Remigio Ferro, president of the Supreme People's Court of the Republic of Cuba, said on the morning of November 8, the X National Workshop on the activity of control, influence and attention to people who extinguish sanctions in conditions of freedom.
From the beginning, the meeting was marked by the Cuban culture that commits such noble work; for that reason, listening to La Bella Cubana and La Bayamesa in the chords of a violin were the driving force to initiate the debates aimed at continuing to perfect the work of the execution judge from an integrating and organized perspective, according to the words of the vice president of the TSP, Maricela. Sosa Ravelo, who also exposed the behavior of this activity that has been deployed since 2001.
In each intervention, the necessary integration between the work of the courts, the mass organizations, the National Revolutionary Police, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, the local administrations and the irreplaceable role of the family for the reintegration of the sanctioned to the society, exemplified in a very human way in the documentary In the lens of the law, by the journalist Lisandra Haydar Valdés, from the Havana Channel.
The commissions put a sharp look at the job placement of these people, the follow-up and control actions and the working relationships with the enforcement judge.
For the day of this Friday is expected the intervention of agencies that contribute to such a human task and rapporteurs by each commission, which will be outlined suggestions, successes and proposals to continue improving the activity of control, influence and attention to people who they extinguish sanctions in conditions of freedom.
